Interport Capital maintains conservative leverage ratios, typically 55 to 65 percent loan-to-value, and favors fixed-rate debt instruments with extended maturities. This discipline is central to our LP proposition: by limiting debt risk and extending debt duration, we provide our limited partners with a capital structure designed to preserve principal through market cycles while maintaining the upside participation that makes commercial real estate a compelling asset allocation.
