CoGP (Co-General Partner) investing is the foundation of Interport Capital's syndication strategy. We partner with high-net-worth individuals and entities to invest directly in the general partner tier of the capital stack, providing our co-investors with the same economic exposure and governance rights that define the GP position in institutional real estate transactions.

Every project is unique, requiring bespoke solutions and well-tailored structures that put the right tools in the hands of strong operators to work on exciting opportunities. Our team structures each CoGP vehicle to align interests across all stakeholders, from acquisition through asset management and eventual disposition, ensuring that our capital partners share in both the governance responsibility and the enhanced economics of the GP tier.

Since our founding in 2021, we have deployed CoGP capital across hospitality, self-storage, and general aviation, three sectors where our operational expertise and strategic relationships create compounding value. A 190-room lifestyle boutique hotel at Belleview Station, developed with Cypress 16 and McClurg Century Investments. Capital deployed through the CoGP tier alongside institutional partners, with Interport maintaining hands-on governance from development through stabilization. The property opened July 2024 under the Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants flag (IHG).
